JOB ROLE:           Office Manager / PA

REPORTING TO:  Creative Director

DURATION:          Permanent

SALARY:              £30,000 - £35,000

Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a bright and spirited Office manager/personal assistant who has the capacity to grow with the company.

The role:

Our client, is seeking a bright and spirited Office Manager/PA to manage their office based in one of London's trendiest areas, Soho.


  • Complex, proactive diary management, both business and personal, for the Creative Director and senior management. Act as gate keeper of the Creative Directors time, fielding calls and booking meetings to maximise the efficient use of his time.

  • Manage the meeting room and ensure it is stocked up. Make drinks for guests.

  • Book travel (local and international) and create detailed travel itineraries.

  • Extensive and efficient email correspondence. Type letters. Assist with client letters of engagement.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other PAs and support the rest of the management

  • Answer telephone calls in a timely fashion - taking clear and detailed messages

  • Organise company events including booking venues and catering - both for staff and clients

  • Expense processing. Post. Couriers. Archiving. Maintaining CRM. Maintaining stock of marketing material. Raising bills. Banking cheques. Assisting with invoice processing and issuing. Stationery ordering. Liaising with building management. Confidential shredding. Record keeping and filing. Setting up clients on internal systems. Preparing presentations and reports. Entering data. Compliance processing.

  • Ad hoc personal errands for the Creative Director

  • Deal with miscellaneous issues willingly

Key skills/attributes required:


  • 3 years experience of managing a team

  • Demonstrate willingness to take ownership and accountability

  • Strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding solutions

  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

  • Good organisation skills, systematic and process driven

  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications including, Word, and Outlook


  • Media background preferred but not essential

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in an Office Manager / PA role.
