JOB ROLE:           FP&A Analyst

REPORTING TO:  Financial Controller

DURATION:          Permanent

SALARY:              £60,000 - £65,000

The Company:

Our client is a multinational Real Estate headquartered in London with operations across Europe, Asia and America

 

Due to expansion, our client is recruiting an FP&A Reporting Analyst to join the Finance team.

​

Responsibilities:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain excel-based Models, including liaising with other departments as necessary.

  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

  • Assist in production of full set of Group consolidation accounts, maintenance of lead schedules.

  • Support the preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts for review by the FRM

  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports

  • Preparation of reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members

  • Assist the Corporate Development team in preparing investment analysis

  • Assist the Investor Relations team in preparing presentation material

  • Any other ad-hoc financial projects

Key skills/attributes required:

​

  • ACA / CIMA/ ACCA qualified

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, economics or a related field.

  • Autonomous, proactive approach with ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Excellent Excel modelling skills

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills

  • Should be able to work on own initiative with a minimum amount of supervision, while maintaining open and clear communications with the rest of the team and other stakeholders
